GENERAL MANAGER VACANCY

Salary: £32,000 (pro rata)

Contract and hours: 3-4 days a week with the option for flexible working.  Initially a 6 month fixed term contract with the potential to develop into a permanent role (subject to funding)

Place of Work: Flexible working between our rural office at The Watershed, Sydling St Nicholas, Dorset, DT2 9NS and home-working.  Ideally 2 days a week in the office, with the remainder as home working, but we are open to be flexible around your requirements.

Reporting to: David Buckland, Founder and International Director & Trustees

We are looking for a dynamic manager to lead the charity’s day to day operation through the next stage of our planned activities.  We are a small, hard working team supported by a committed board of trustees that bring knowledge from the science, arts, farming and academic sectors.  We would welcome someone with good management and administration skills, who is passionate about the power of creativity to drive social change in the context of the climate crisis.
